"Querer es Poder" - translates to - "if you want it, you can achieve it." This phrase of my mother's has gotten me through some of my hardest days. From dealing with childhood bullying, to navigating infertility, to owning my own business, her voice constantly rings in my head, reminding me that if I believe in myself, I can handle anything.
Just a girl who believes in herself above all else.
It's that very belief that led me to start a business in my parents' basement almost a decade ago. It's why I married my college sweetheart and how I navigated the rough waters of infertility before finally conceiving my baby boy, Ford, and later, Jett. It's what I hope to share with you, now that you're here. Who knows - hopefully after a few clicks through this site, you too may feel empowered to tackle your wildest dreams!

Over the years running Little Words Project, I have met countless women who have struggled to believe in themselves. We hate to see it! After nearly a decade of this, I wanted to create a homebase for us all. A spot for me to share what I've learned, what I'm building and everything in between. The hope is that with even more insight into the BTS of my journey, you too will find your passion, and your confidence to nurture it, and watch it grow. The only limits you face are the ones you allow to exist. Let's break them down together.

IVF worked and baby Ford is born! Bill quits his job in finance and joins LWP as the COO. Officially poised for takeoff, the rocket ship launches and Little Words Project becomes what it is today.

Dreams Continue
The world hits a rough patch as do Adriana and Bill. After years of trying to conceive their first born, they begin their IVF journey.
2020
Hard Times
Newly married, Adriana puts all her energy into building the sh*t out of Little Words Project and it pays off!
They land a goal account - Nordstrom.
2018
The Big Break
Little Words Project moves from the basement to our first real office! Bill and Adriana get engaged after 7 years together.
2016
The Growth
A year after graduation, I started Little Words Project in my parent's basement. I came up with the idea. Bill came up with the name.
2013
The Founder
Once upon a time, two TCNJ students meet in Travers Hall and a friendship is formed. Never knowing that one day they would call each other husband and wife :)

Girl Meets Boy
my Journey to now
Adriana's pregnant again! To no one's surprise more than hers, baby Jett arrived early, finally coming home from the hospital after a 9 week stay filled with ups and downs. He and Ford were somehow born on the same day and have been inseparable ever since.
2023
3 Became 4
By summer of 2024, LWP has 14 stores & counting and lands additional retailers like Target and Anthropologie. Adriana launches her personal site and becomes an author, releasing her first book, The Power of Little Words.
